Currently, VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) work environments have accelerated a new mindset focused to company-employee approach, where the challenge is that both stakeholders go together to identify and recognize their mutual assets, with the purpose of improve the quality and results of their collaboration, using preventive and sustainable systems which lead to improvement of corporate image and a higher employee commitment.
